On Tuesday of week 6 we had science alive come on to teach us about chemical reactions. We began the lesson being introduced to the mystery we had to solve - who really ate the porridge and broke the chair in the story of goldilocks and the three bears. We had to look at footprints and what made them, we looked at handwriting and the ink used to write it, also at the drink that was spilled and finally the drink the suspect drank and whether this was an acid or base. It was fun and interactive learning and really got us thinking about chemicals and our environment.
